The following terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and the purchase of products listed for sale on our website. 

By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or purchase our products

GENERAL TERMS

1.1 Renegade Roasters is a registered business operating in Brisbane, Australia.
1.2 By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice

ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Orders can be placed via our website, and payment must be made at the time of ordering.

2.2 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
2.3 We accept payment by credit / debit card
2.4 Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation of your order.
2.5 All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

3.1 We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days of receiving payment, however this may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the total price of your order at checkout.
3.3 We use Australia Post and other reputable shipping carriers to deliver our products.
3.4 Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location.
3.5 We are not responsible for any delays or other issues caused by the carrier, including lost or damaged packages.

REFUND POLICY

4.1 We take pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by emailing contact@renegaderoasters.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

4.2 At our discretion, we may choose to refund the full purchase price of any unused or unopened products returned to us within 14 days of the date of purchase, minus any shipping costs.

4.3 If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us by emailing contact@renegaderoasters.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement.

4.5 We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the product has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

GOVERNING LAW
6.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
6.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
