The Hario ‘Mizudashi’ Cold Brew Pot is the perfect way to make delicious cold brew in your own house. It’s compact size means it can easily fit into the door of most fridges, and the fine mesh filter allows water flow for a full extraction while ensuring the coffee grounds remain in the easy to dispose of filter chamber.
We recommend using 80g of medium – couground coffee with 1.1L of cold water, and leaving to brew for 17 – 18 hours. Simply pour our and mix with your choice of water or milk for a delicious cold coffee.
