The Álvarez family has been producing exemplary coffees from Finca La Reforma since 1892. Red Bourbon trees are predominately nurtured on the farm under a shade canopy of indigenous species, which help to enrich the soil and play a critical role in ensuring local wildlife thrives.
All cherries are handpicked and floated in water so that any less dense, inferior fruit can be discarded. These Naturally processed cherries are then dried on raised beds for 15-19 days. From there, the lots are milled and graded individually so that each can be cupped and identified for best qualities. This offering was specially selected to showcase an exceptional flavour profile of candy-like, tropical fruits and perfumed flowers.
