Most of the coffee grown in Kenya is produced by small holder farmers or co-operatives. Typically, a Kenyan smallholding consists of shade grown coffee, a house, family livestock, and a variety of other crops, such as avocado.
This coffee is also a co – operative coffee, with a number of small hold farmers located around the town of Nyeri having contributed their crops.
The Kenya Nyeri creates a deliciously sweet cup, with notes of blackcurrant and brown sugar.
