Guatemala Wuj Kepe Huehuetenango

The Wuj Kape lot is sourced from 18 smallholder farms that are all owned and operated by female producers. The beans are grown in the highlands around the town of Huehuetenango in western Guatemala, with coffee from this region highly renowned due to the unique growing conditions.

This coffee is processed using the washed method, before being added to fermentation tanks for 24 hours. Before final bagging, the coffee is dried on patios for 12 – 15 days to reach ideal moisture content.

The Guatemala Wuj Kape Huehuetenango creates a delicious full bodied cup,
with notes of cocoa and hazelnut.
